Resetting User Status

We've had some issues with being inappropriately blocked, and think we've now resolved the problem. We would therefore like to reset the bounce status for many recipients. It does not seem possible to update this status through an import. Any suggestions?

Thanks much,

You can set user status directly in the database, table customer_1_binding_tbl, field user_status.

A question about this option. If I set the status in user_status to (1 = active) in the customer_1_binding_tbl table

When I check the bounce list on OPENEMM the amount of bounced e-mail that you can export still remain the same.

What happens when you set the status to (1 = active) will the email address only be active when you send out the next newsletter and why does the bounced DB export not decrease when you change the status to active?

I have previously not set my output correctly so ISP's blocked me and the bounced database is almost at 50 000 emails. I need to change the status of that 50 000 to (1=active) so I can try again. Can anyone help with this?

Thank you

If you want to understand the database schema of OpenEMM I recommend to read the Extension Development Guide, which provides a complete documentation of the schema in appendix A.
