Email/RSS notification about subscriptions/profile changes

Hi, is it somehow possible to get notifications (e.g. via email / RSS) about recipients subscribing to a mailing list, updating their profile, or unsubscribing from a mailing list (or any other web form usage)?

This would be very helpful to get some awareness of the usage of the web forms. Well, for lists with many subscribers this probably won't be too useful...

Afaik it's not implemented in the current release (i asked for it, too).

I thought there might be some way using actions, but I didn't find a working solution yet. - I'd appreciate any hint.
